Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor of Delta Theta Delta Sorority, Inc.  If you would like to apply to be vendor, please do the following steps:

1. Click the Icon link below for the PDF vendor form.

2. Download and complete the application.

3. Once completed, you submit the application to the National Email Address at deltathetadeltasorority@gmail.com along with your mockups. 

After review of your application and documents you will be contacted by a member of our national team.
